Placing an AutoFill Prescription on Hold

To place an AutoFill prescription on hold:

1. Create a new prescription until you reach the Rx Detail stage.
2. Select the Hold button. The AutoFill - Hold window opens.
3. Select one of these options:
   • Include this prescription in AutoFill—Enrolls prescription in AutoFill.
     • Add to the To Do Tab for [specify date]—Places the prescription in the To Do tab on the specified date to be filled.
     • Do not add to the To Do tab—Enrolls prescription in Autofill, but does not place it in the To Do tab.
     • Include this prescription in AutoFill—Enrolls prescription in AutoFill.
   • Do not include this prescription in AutoFill—Prescription is not enrolled in AutoFill and will only be filled when requested.

   

4. Select OK.
